Terms of one-on-one coaching sessions delivered by TradeQuillo.
Nature of the service
TradeQuillo coaching sessions are educational coaching services provided by TradeQuillo, LLC. They do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, therapy, counseling, or trading recommendations. Coaching focuses on psychological frameworks, behavioral patterns, and self-awareness tools as they relate to trading education. No specific trades, strategies, or securities are recommended. Results vary by individual. Purchasing a coaching session does not create a fiduciary, adviser-client, or therapist-client relationship. Refund terms are described in the Refund Policy.
Scheduling and cancellations
Sessions are scheduled through the Cal.com booking link provided after checkout. Rescheduling and cancellation windows are described in the Refund Policy. Missed sessions without notice are not refunded or rescheduled.
Confidentiality
What you share in a session is held in confidence except where disclosure is required by law. Your written post-session notes are sent only to you.
Capacity limits
Coaching is capacity-limited because James Mincy is the only coach. Sessions are booked subject to availability through the scheduling link provided after checkout. The 3-Session Coaching Pack is used over up to six weeks and the 10-Session Coaching Pack over up to sixteen weeks.
