Refund Policy

Refund terms for each product sold on TradeQuillo.
Premium lifetime course ($249)
Full refund within 30 days of purchase if less than 20 percent of lessons are completed. No refund after 30 days or after more than 20 percent of lessons are completed, whichever comes first. Refunds must be requested in writing to hello@tradequillo.com.
Book (ebook editions)
Ebook editions of Trade Calm are sold by third-party retailers (Amazon Kindle, Apple Books, Barnes & Noble, and Kobo). Purchases made through a retailer are governed by that retailer's refund policy; TradeQuillo cannot issue refunds for retailer purchases. Reading the book on the web through your TradeQuillo account is free.
1:1 Coaching Session ($149)
Refundable up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. No refund within 24 hours of the session or after it has taken place. Rescheduling is permitted with 24 hours notice.
3-Session Coaching Pack ($399)
Refundable on a pro-rata basis for any sessions you have not yet used. Once all sessions in the pack are used, the pack is non-refundable. Each session follows the same 24 hour rescheduling rule as a single session.
10-Session Coaching Pack ($999)
Refundable on a pro-rata basis for any sessions you have not yet used. Once all sessions in the pack are used, the pack is non-refundable. Each session follows the same 24 hour rescheduling rule as a single session.
Merchandise
Merchandise is made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Defective or misprinted items are replaced at no charge. No refunds for size exchanges.
How to request a refund
Email hello@tradequillo.com from the email on your account. Include your order number and the product you purchased. We respond within two business days.
